1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Unroll the crescent dough and press seams together, then cut into 1/4-inch strips.
3. Wrap each mini hot dog with dough strips, leaving gaps for the face and overlapping slightly.
4. Place wrapped hot dogs on the baking sheet about an inch apart and bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
5. Let cool briefly, then press candy eyes into the exposed hot dog ends or use mustard or ketchup for eyes.
