Description
These no-bake Wowbutter granola bars are a quick vegan and nut-free snack perfect for busy days. Made without oats and packed with seeds and puffed quinoa, they deliver a chewy, heart-healthy treat in minutes.

Instructions
1. Combine puffed quinoa, pumpkin seeds, ground flaxseed and salt in a large mixing bowl.
2. In a small saucepan over low heat, warm Wowbutter, maple syrup, coconut oil and vanilla extract until smooth.
3. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and fold gently with a spatula until evenly coated.
4. Line a square baking dish with parchment paper and transfer the mixture into the dish.
5. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the dish using the back of a measuring cup or another sheet of parchment.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour, then lift out, cut into 12 bars and store in an airtight container.
