1. In a bowl stir Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.

3. Place silicone or paper cups on a tray and spoon granola into the bottom of each cup.
4. Add the yogurt and berry mixture on top of the granola and sprinkle additional granola or nuts.
5. Freeze the cups on a flat surface for 3–4 hours or until firm.
6. Let cups sit at room temperature for 5–10 minutes before serving or store in an airtight container in the freezer.
