Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi)
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/4 cup nuts or seeds (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Slice or chop fresh fruit into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.

    2. Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each cup or jar.

    3. Add a layer of mixed fruit over the yogurt.

    4. Sprinkle granola on top of the fruit layer.
