Description

These no-bake yogurt fruit cups layer creamy Greek yogurt with fresh fruit and crunchy granola for a quick, healthy breakfast or brunch. They are easy to assemble, customizable, and can be prepped ahead for grab-and-go convenience.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)
  • mint leaves for garnish (optional)

  • Instructions

    1. Spoon two tablespoons of granola into the bottom of each cup to form the base layer.

    2. Add three to four tablespoons of Greek yogurt over the granola and smooth it into an even layer.

    3. Arrange a layer of mixed fruit such as strawberries, blueberries, banana, and kiwi over the yogurt.

    4. Repeat the layers of granola, yogurt, and fruit until the cup is nearly full.

    5. Top each cup with a sprinkle of granola, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and mint leaves.

    6. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
