1. Gather all ingredients, ensuring mango and banana are frozen for a thick consistency.
2. Add frozen mango, banana, coconut milk or yogurt, cardamom, lime juice, and sweetener to a high-speed blender.
3. Blend on high until smooth and spoonable, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
4. If the mixture is too thick to blend, add a tablespoon of coconut milk and blend again.
5. Pour the smoothie base into chilled bowls.
6. Arrange fresh mango slices, toasted coconut, seeds, nuts, and a drizzle of nut butter on top.
7. Garnish with fresh mint leaves or a squeeze of lime if desired.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy or store the base in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours and top just before serving.
