Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips

  • Instructions

    1. In a large bowl, mix oats, protein powder, ground flax seed, and salt.

    2. Add peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract and stir until a thick dough forms.

    3. Fold in mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
