  • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1/3 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon water as needed

  • Instructions

    1. Combine rolled oats, ground flax seed, and protein powder in a mixing bowl

    2. Add peanut butter and honey and stir until a sticky dough forms

    3. Add water one tablespoon at a time if the mixture is too dry

    4. Fold in dark chocolate chips

    5. Scoop tablespoon portions and roll into 1 inch balls

    6. Place balls on a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set
