Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper.

    2. In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and flour; press into the pan and bake 10–12 minutes until firm.

    3. Whisk eggs, corn syrup, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt until combined, then stir in pecans.
