Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 box (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
2. In a bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and sour cream until smooth.
3. Fold the shredded chicken and mixed vegetables into the creamy soup mixture and spread evenly in the dish.
4. In a separate bowl, mix the Stove Top stuffing with melted butter and chicken broth until just moistened.
5. Spoon the stuffing mixture over the chicken layer and gently press to even it out.
6. Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
7. Let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow it to set.
