Ingredients
1 ½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into bite-size pieces)
1 tablespoon butter or oil
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
2 teaspoons garam masala
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground turmeric
¼ teaspoon chili powder (optional)

½ cup heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
Salt to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish
Cooked basmati rice or naan, for serving
Instructions
1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
2. Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
