  • 2 cups cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

  • Instructions

    1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add to the hot skillet.

    3. Cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through, then remove and set aside.
