  • 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large lemon, zest and juice
  • 23 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, basil, thyme, or oregano), chopped
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

    3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, chopped herbs, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika if using.
