1. In a bowl or jar whisk chia seeds cocoa powder sea salt and milk until smooth.
2. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract and whisk again to combine.
3. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
4. Meanwhile mash or blend raspberries into a purée adding a little sweetener if desired.
5. Stir chia pudding then layer pudding and raspberry purée in jars.
6. Top with chocolate shavings and serve chilled.
7. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days.
