1. Bring 1 cup water to a rolling boil.
2. Stir boiling water into the red gelatin mix until fully dissolved.
3. Add 1 cup cold vodka or juice and stir gently.
4. Let mixture cool for 5 minutes at room temperature.
5. Arrange shot cups on a baking tray and pour mixture into each, filling ¾ full.
6. Gently insert one candy eyeball into each cup, angling the pupil outward.
7. Refrigerate for 2–4 hours or until firm.
8. Optional: garnish with whipped cream or red gel icing before serving.
