2. In a bowl, mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until thick dough forms; add flour if too sticky.
3. Refrigerate dough for 20–30 minutes.
4. Flatten dough portions, place frozen cream cheese in center, wrap dough around filling, and roll into balls.
5. Roll each ball in 1/2 cup powdered sugar until fully coated.
6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until crinkles form.
7. Cool on baking sheet 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
