1. Prepare clean popsicle molds and place on a flat tray for stability.
2. Blend strawberries or raspberries with honey and water until smooth, then pour into molds filling one third.
3. Freeze the red layer for 30–45 minutes until semi firm.
4. Mix yogurt with honey and vanilla, spoon over the red layer, and freeze for 30 minutes.
5. Blend blueberries or blackberries with honey and water until smooth, pour to fill molds, insert sticks, and freeze for 4–6 hours until solid.
6. To unmold, run warm water over molds for 10–15 seconds and gently remove the popsicles.
7. Store popsicles in a freezer safe container lined with parchment paper for up to two weeks.
