Description
This sheet pan chicken and stuffing casserole combines tender roasted chicken with golden herb stuffing for a comforting one pan meal. It is easy to prepare and perfect for family dinners with minimal cleanup.

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or coat it with nonstick spray.
2. Pat the chicken dry and season with salt pepper and chopped fresh herbs.
3. In a bowl combine the stuffing mix chopped onion celery and herbs then stir in chicken broth melted butter and cream of chicken soup until evenly moistened.
4. Spread the stuffing mixture onto one side of the sheet pan and arrange the chicken pieces on the other side with space between.
5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken reaches 165°F and the stuffing is golden brown and crisp at the edges.
6. Optional broil for 2 to 3 minutes for extra crisping then let the casserole rest for 5 minutes before serving.
