1. Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear shrimp 1½–2 minutes per side until pink; remove and set aside.
3. Add a splash of water to the skillet, cover, and steam broccoli 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender, then uncover and sauté briefly.
4. Reduce heat to medium, melt butter, add garlic and cook 30 seconds, then stir in lemon juice, zest, and pepper flakes.
5. Return shrimp to the pan and toss in the garlic lemon butter sauce for 1 minute.
6. Adjust seasoning, garnish with extra lemon zest or parsley, and serve immediately.
