Instructions
1. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
2. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth and melted.
3. Remove from heat and stir in rice krispies until evenly coated.
4. Press mixture into a parchment lined 9×13 inch pan and let cool 30 minutes.
5. Use a ghost shaped cookie cutter to cut out treats.
6. Melt white chocolate or candy melts and dip or drizzle over the ghosts.
7. Press candy eyes onto the chocolate before it sets.
8. Decorate with black icing and let the coating harden before serving.
