1. Insert a skewer or toothpick into each marshmallow and place on parchment paper.
2. Use edible food markers to draw spooky faces on each marshmallow.
3. Attach candy eyeballs or sprinkles using a small dab of melted chocolate.
4. Optionally dip the bottoms of the marshmallows into melted chocolate or colored candy melts for a drippy slime effect.
5. Allow the chocolate drips to set at room temperature or refrigerate for 10–15 minutes.
6. Arrange the marshmallows on a platter or stick them upright in a covered foam block for serving.
