1. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
2. Melt white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth (stir in oil if using).
3. Spread melted chocolate onto the lined sheet to about 1/4-inch thickness.
4. Immediately sprinkle on Oreos, pretzels, candy corn, mini M&M’s, candy eyes, and sprinkles; press lightly so they adhere.
5. Set at room temperature until firm, about 1 hour, or chill 15–20 minutes for faster setting.
6. Break into pieces and serve; store airtight at room temperature up to 1 week (or refrigerate if warm).
