3. Dip each strawberry halfway into the melted chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
4. Refrigerate the chocolate-dipped strawberries for 10 to 15 minutes until set.
5. Whisk together dairy-free yogurt, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
6. Spoon or dip the opposite end of each strawberry into the peanut butter yogurt mixture.
7. Return to the tray and refrigerate for another 15 to 20 minutes until the coating is firm.
