  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 3/4 cup milk or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

    1. combine rolled oats chia seeds and protein powder in a jar

    2. stir in greek yogurt milk lemon juice and zest until well mixed

    3. fold in diced strawberries

    4. cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight

    5. stir before serving and add extra strawberries or lemon zest if desired
