1. Slice each avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out a bit of flesh to enlarge the cavity, reserving some chunks.
2. In a bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, chopped basil, reserved avocado chunks, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; toss gently.
3. Spoon the tomato and mozzarella mixture into each avocado half, pressing lightly to fill.
4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the stuffed avocados and around the serving plate.
