2. in a skillet over medium heat cook sausage until browned then transfer to a bowl
3. in the same skillet melt butter and sauté onion and celery until softened stirring in fresh herbs
4. in a large bowl combine bread cubes cooked sausage sautéed vegetables and cranberries
5. gradually pour in broth and add beaten eggs stirring until just combined
6. divide the mixture evenly among the muffin cups pressing lightly to shape
7. bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown and crisp then let cool for 5 minutes before removing
