Description

A simple no-cook breakfast combining rolled oats, mixed berries, and yogurt soaked overnight for a creamy, nutrient-packed start to your day.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk or almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

  • Instructions
