Description

These summer berry parfaits with granola combine creamy yogurt, fresh seasonal berries, and crunchy granola in delicious layered jars. They are easy to make ahead and perfect for breakfasts, snacks, or brunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), washed and patted dry
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla), cold and creamy
  • 1 cup granola, homemade or store-bought
  • 12 tbsp honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or nuts, optional

  • Instructions

    1. Wash and dry the berries and chill the yogurt.

    2. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of each jar.

    3. Add a layer of mixed berries over the yogurt.

    4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the berries.

    5. Repeat layering yogurt, berries, and granola until jars are filled.

    6. Finish with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup and a sprinkle of chia seeds or nuts.

    7. Seal jars and refrigerate for up to three days, adding granola just before serving if desired.
