1. In a bowl combine soy sauce honey rice vinegar sesame oil garlic and ginger.
2. Place chicken thighs onions and bell pepper into a freezer bag and pour the sauce over the top.
3. Remove air from the bag seal and freeze flat.
4. When ready to cook place frozen contents into the Instant Pot and add water.
5. Set to High Pressure for 12 minutes and allow a natural release for 5 minutes.
6. Open the pot stir and garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
