  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup sliced pickles
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • Instructions

    1. Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.

    2. Whisk flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    3. Dip marinated chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture and panko.

    4. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and fry chicken until golden and crispy, about 4 minutes per side; drain on paper towels.

    5. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to make the Bang Bang sauce.
