2. butter one side of each bread slice
3. place one slice butter-side down in the skillet
4. layer cheese, turkey, cranberry sauce, and remaining cheese
5. top with the second bread slice butter-side up
6. cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown
7. flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until cheese melts
8. remove from heat and let rest for one minute
9. slice and serve immediately
