Ingredients
Instructions
1. Melt dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a double boiler or in 20-second microwave bursts until smooth, then stir in coconut oil and vanilla extract.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread melted chocolate to a 1/4-inch thickness, tapping to remove air bubbles.
3. Warm Nutella for 10 seconds in the microwave, drop spoonfuls over the chocolate base, and swirl gently with a skewer.
4. Arrange sliced strawberries on top, press gently to adhere, then sprinkle with sea salt and optional garnishes.
5. Freeze the tray flat for 30–45 minutes until firm, then lift out the bark and break or slice into pieces.
6. Store bark pieces layered with parchment paper in an airtight container in the freezer and serve directly from the freezer or after 1–2 minutes at room temperature.
